About Us

Toni B. Smoke is the managing attorney of The Smoke Law Group, LLC located in Birmingham, AL.  Her practice focuses primarily on real estate law, social security disability, family & domestic law, consumer debt protection, and estates.

Toni’s top priority is protecting her clients’ legal interests.  Coming from a family of advocates, she understands that for her clients, there is always something at stake.  Toni is laser focused on protecting those rights and earning them the outcome that they deserve.

Toni obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama and is a summa cum laude graduate of Miles Law School.  She has an extensive diversified background in public relations, project management, engineering and web/graphic design. Her varied professional experiences have afforded her a unique and well-rounded approach to the legal field.

Committed to philanthropic endeavors, Toni is a continued supporter of Project Hopewell, Inc., Daniel Cason Ministries, offers an annual free legal clinic and participates in numerous other outreach efforts. She is dedicated to community involvement, closing the digital divide, and advocating for food security in her city.

Toni credits her immediate and extended family for teaching her the value of education, hard work, overcoming adversity and goal setting, which has shaped her perspective on advocating for her clients.

A native of Fairfield, AL by way of Jackson, MS, Toni lives in the Birmingham area with her husband, Nicholas and their four children: AJ, Zoe, Taylor & Reagan.  Whenever she finds free time, she enjoys traveling and reading.
