*** DO NOT SIGN YET ***

Your completed document is not valid until you complete the following:

GENERAL WILL – In Alabama you do not need to notarize your Will to make it legal. However, Alabama allows you to make your Will “self-proving” and you will need to go to a notary for that. A self-proving Will speeds up Probate and the court can accept the Will without contacting the witnesses who signed it.

ADVANCED HEALTHCARE DIRECTIVE (Living Will) - The law requires that you sign your document in the presence of two witnesses, who must be at least 19 years of age.

DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY – The law requires the Power of Attorney be signed, dated, and notarized in the presence of the notary.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The LEGACY TOOLKIT is provided in an online format only. You will not receive any physical documents or information in the mail, nor will you receive a call from anyone asking for any additional money beyond what you order and purchase online. Currently this product is applicable in Alabama only.
